MULTISENSOR METER.
The acquisition of the ZEISS O-INSPECT is not only an optimization of our measurement technology, but also an expansion of our service portfolio. The multisensor measuring device has already been in operation at our company since 2021. It impresses with high-precision tactile 3D measurements as well as optical measurements for particularly sensitive surfaces.
3D-Profilometer.
With our 3D profilometer we can perform a measurement of samples and tools by means of the principle of fringe projection. The optical method is particularly suitable due to the non-contact recording, which enables a fast measurement of surfaces compared to the tactile measuring method. With this device, macroscopic measurements of components and their three-dimensional representation can be realized. By comparing measurement data, statements can be made about geometry changes of worn tools.

DIGITAL MEASURING PROJECTOR.
Plastic parts must convince with quality. After all, customers place high demands on the components and check the price-performance ratio. Therefore, only high-quality products are allowed to leave our plant. This is a challenge for the work of quality assurance. It must guarantee compliance with tolerances and at the same time fit seamlessly into the process steps to enable a smooth material flow. The digital measuring projector helps us to detect quality more quickly.
